Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing does not occur on weekends or public holidays.

During peak order volumes, processing and shipment may extend by several additional days. Customers should allow appropriate transit time for delivery. In cases of significant shipment delays, notification will be provided via email or telephone.

Domestic Shipping Options

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Standard Insured Shipping: 7–15 business days

International Shipping

Shipping costs are determined and displayed at checkout.

International shipments are subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees. These charges remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipment Tracking

A Shipment Confirmation email containing tracking number(s) will be sent upon dispatch. Tracking information becomes active within 2–3 days.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Our company assumes no responsibility for customs duties or taxes on international orders. All import charges, tariffs, and related fees are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping Damage & Loss

We are not liable for products damaged or lost in transit. Customers who receive damaged orders must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. All packaging materials and damaged goods must be retained for claim documentation.

Service Area

We ship to Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. Extended delivery timelines may apply to certain regions. Tracking updates ensure visibility throughout transit.

Lost & Stolen Packages

We cannot accept responsibility for packages confirmed as delivered to the provided address. Upon request, we will provide delivery confirmation, tracking details, and carrier information to enable direct investigation.
